摘　　要：本文介绍了我国的绿色建筑政策、标准和评价标识情况,政策包括法律法规和规范性文件,以及国家的绿色建筑科技发展计划和工程评选制度;标准包括绿色建筑主题的国家标准、行业标准、地方标准和社团标准;评价标识包括管理制度、评价机构和标识项目。其中,绿色建筑评价标准基本覆盖了建筑全生命期各阶段、各主要建筑类型和全国各地区。最后,以GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》条文为例,说明了设置"四节一环保"各方面的控制项条文和最低得分要求、比现行相关标准要求更高的评分项和加分项条款等绿色建筑提升建筑性能的技术途径。The paper elaborates the green building policies,standards and certification in China. Policies include laws,regulations and normative documents, as well as the national green building science and technology development plan and project appraisal system. Standards include national,industrial,local,and association standards related to green building. Evaluation identification includes management system,evaluation organization and identification item. Among them,green building evaluation standards basically covers all the stages of the full life circle,primary building types and all the regions in China. GB / T 50378—2014 Assessment Standard for Green Building as examples,the paper explains the prerequisite items and minimum score requirements for ＂energy saving,land saving,water saving,materials saving,and environmental protection＂,higher requirements based on existing related standards by scoring items,as well as bonus items,and other technical ways to improve the performance of green building.
