摘　　要：本文针对国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑日益突出的高能耗问题,以中新天津生态城公屋展示中心"零能耗建筑"实现的能耗分配控制策略设计为例,研究从"零能耗建筑"能耗的相关问题出发,以能耗采集和数据分析方法、能耗分配和节能控制策略作为研究对象,设计预期达到设计能耗和运行能耗相吻合的结果,实现真正意义上的"零能耗建筑"。Regarding the increasingly prominent issue of high energy consumption of the national government buildings and large scale public buildings,the paper takes the energy consumption distribution control strategy of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Public House Exhibition Center,a zero energy building,as the example. The study starts from the related problems of ＂zero energy building ＂ energy consumption,regards energy consumption collection and data analysis method,as well as energy consumption distribution and energy saving control strategy as the research object,and designs reasonable energy consumption distribution control strategies,so as to realize a real ＂zero energy building＂.
