PW_(12)/E-12催化剂的制备及对柠檬酸和正丁醇酯化反应的催化性能

摘  要:用环氧树脂E-12为载体,采用浸渍法负载磷钨酸制备了多相催化剂PW12/E-12,用于催化柠檬酸和正丁醇反应制备柠檬酸三丁酯,并用XRD、FT-IR、SEM及热重分析等方法对其进行了结构表征。结果表明:环氧树脂E-12对PW12具有较强的吸附力;PW12/E-12具有良好的催化活性,其中以负载量为15%的催化剂活性最高,稳定性最好。对于柠檬酸和正丁醇的酯化反应,在n(正丁醇)∶n(柠檬酸)=5∶1、120℃、反应时间4.5h、催化剂用量为4%条件下,柠檬酸的转化率和柠檬酸三丁酯的选择性分别为97.67%和95.81%,反应后的催化剂可以回收和重复使用。The heterogeneous catalysts PW12/E-12 were prepared by impregnation to immobilize phos- photungstic acids (PW12) on E-12, which were used in esterification reaction of citric acid with n-butyl alcohol and characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and thermal analysis. The results showed that PW12/E-12 had highly catalytic activity, and E-12 had strong adsorbability to PW12, while PW12/E- 12 with the loading of 15% was the most stable catalyst and had the highest catalytic activity. In the esterification reaction of citric acid with n-butyl alcohol, the conversion of citric acid and the selectivity to TBC were 97.67% and 95.81%, respectively, under the reaction conditions that n(alcohol) :n (acid) =5 : 1, the catalyst dosage of 4%, temperature of 120℃ and reaction time of 4. 5 h. Reacted catalyst can be recycled and reused.
