间叔丁基苯酚的合成

摘　　要：以对叔丁基氯苯为起始原料,经混酸硝化反应得到2-硝基-4-叔丁基氯苯,在1.013MPa条件下,通过Pd/C催化加氢还原制备了间叔丁基苯胺。通过重氮化反应和水解反应合成目标化合物间叔丁基苯酚,产物质量分数(GC)97.0%,四步反应的总收率63%。m-tert-Butylphenol was prepared by Pd/C catalytic hydrogenation at 1. 013 MPa through nitration reaction and reduction reaction with 1-chloro-4-tert-butylbenzene as starting material. 3-（tert- Butyl） phenol was then obtained through diazotization and hydrolysis reactions. Under the optimal condition, the total yield after four steps reaction was 63%, and the purity through GC was 97.0%.
