摘　　要：高效液相色谱(HPLC)是目前手性药物分析领域应用最为广泛的一种技术。基于国内外近20年来有关手性药物分析的数百篇文献,本文从样品处理、流动相和固定相以及检测器选择步骤结合手性分析目的,综述HPLC法在手性药物分析中最新的研究和应用情况,并对HPLC在手性药物分析中的发展前景和应用趋势进行了展望。High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） is widely applied in the chiral drugs analysis. Based on hundreds of publications about the analysis of chiral drugs both at home and abroad in recent 20 years, this review summarized the research progress and application of HPLC method from different procedures （ sample pretreatment, selection of mobile phase, stationary phase and detectors） in the process of chiral drugs analysis considering the purpose of chiral analysis. In addition, the development and application trends in the field were prosposed.
