摘　　要：目的：建立蒙药孟根乌苏-18和嘎日迪-15中硫磺的拉曼光谱检测方法。方法：利用便携式拉曼光谱仪测量纯硫磺固体粉末和孟根乌苏-18及嘎日迪-15样品的拉曼特征峰,并对2种蒙药样品中的特征峰位进行了归属和指认。二极管激光波长：785 nm;光谱范围：68∽2 700 cm-1;光谱分辨率：小于3 cm-1;会聚透镜焦距：6.8 mm;聚焦后的光斑尺寸：10μm;激光功率：30 m W;积分时间：5 s。结果：硫磺的拉曼特征峰主要位于84、153、219、247、436、472 cm-1处。拉曼光谱能较好地检测出蒙药孟根乌苏-18中含有的硫磺,同时以蒙药嘎日迪-15为样品基质,对硫磺进行了半定量分析,定量范围在10%∽100%之间。结论：拉曼光谱技术可以对蒙药中的硫磺进行快速鉴别和半定量分析。Objective：To establish a Raman spectroscopy method for the determination of sulphur in Mongolian medicine Meng Gen Wu Su-18 and Ga Ri Di-15powder. Methods：The experimental Raman spectrums of sulphur, Meng Gen Wu Su-18 and Ga Ri Di-15 were detected using a portable Raman spectrometer and the Raman charac- teristic peaks of sulphur obtained from the two Mongolian medicine samples have been assigned. Wavelength of the diode laser source ：785 nm ; spectral range ：68 - 2 700 cm - 1 ; spectral resolution ： better than 3 cm - 1 ; focal length of the convergence lens ： 6. 8 mm ; diameter of the laser focused spot ： 10 Ixm ; laser power ： 30 mW ; integration time ： 5 s. Results： The Raman peaks of sulphur are located at 84,153,219,247,436, and 472 cm -1. Raman spectroscopy can be applied to the qualitatively detection of sulphur in Meng Gen Wu Su - 18 Meanwhile the sulphur was semi-quan- titative analyzed using Ga Ri Di-15 powders as sample matrix,The detection limit can be down to 10%. Conclusion ： The established Raman spectroscopy technology can be used for the rapid identification and the semi-quantita- tive analysis of sulfur in the Mongolian medicine.
