预见性护理模式在临床护理实践中运用的现状

摘　　要：综述预见性护理模式在围术期、院内转运、骨科护理、妇科护理、肿瘤科护理等临床护理实践中的运用现状,指出预见性护理在提高医护配合质量、赢得病人抢救时间、预防意外和并发症发生的作用已经被广泛证实,实现了早发现、早预防、早治疗,使护理工作由被动变主动,更加系统化、责任化、规范化。但目前我国护理人力资源严重不足,临床护士缺乏预见性护理意识,有待在日常的临床工作中培养。It reviewed the application status quo of predictive nursing model in clinical nursing practice including perioperative care,hospital transport,orthopedic care,gynecological care,oncology nursing,clinical nursing practice.It pointed out that the effect of predictive nursing model had been confirmed in improving health care with quality and winning time to rescue the patients,preventing accidents and complications.To achieve the early detection,early prevention,early treatment,and make the nursing work from passive to active and more systematic,accountability and standardization.However,the nursing human resources are in a serious shortage in China,and the clinical nurses are lack of predictive nursing awareness,and it is to be cultured in routine clinical work.
