摘  要:目的探讨哮喘病儿血清25-(OH)D3与维生素D结合蛋白(DBP)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取哮喘病儿(哮喘组)78例和健康查体儿童(对照组)30例,应用双抗体夹心-酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清25-(OH)D3和DBP水平。结果哮喘组血清25-(OH)D3水平显著低于对照组(t=9.00,P<0.01),两组血清DBP水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组血清25-(OH)D3和DBP水平均无明显相关性(r=0.21、0.49,P>0.05)。结论 25-(OH)D3在哮喘发病中可能起重要作用,监测其水平对协助评估儿童哮喘病情具有临床价值;DBP是否与哮喘发病有关仍不明确。Objective To explore serum levels of 25-(OH)D3and vitamin D binding protein(DBP)in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Serum levels of 25-(OH)D3and DBP were detected in 78 children with bronchial asthma and 30 healthy children using double-antibody sandwich enzyme linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA). Results Serum 25-(OH)D3level was significantly lower in asthmatic children than that in the control group(t=9.00,P0.01),the difference of serum DBP was not significant between the two groups(P0.05).No significant correlation between serum levels of 25-(OH)D3and DBP was noted in the two groups(r=0.21,0.49;P0.05). Conclusion Serum 25-(OH)D3possibly plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma,monitoring its level has clinical value for evaluation the condition in children with the disease,and whether or not DBP is associated with the disease is still not clear.
