中药煎剂坐浴联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗电凝后尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效治疗、减缓及控制尖锐湿疣患者复发的治疗方法。方法:将62例肛周及生殖器尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,均采用电凝治疗,术后治疗组31例给予中药煎剂坐浴+重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,对照组31例术后给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,30 d为1个疗程,随访6个月。结果:治疗组有效率70.97%,明显高于对照组51.61%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药煎剂坐浴联合干扰素软膏及电凝术治疗尖锐湿疣疗效较好。Objective：To explore the effective method for treatment,slow-down and the control incisive condyloma recurs.Methods：62 patients with anus and reproductive organ incisive condyloma stochastically were divides into two groups,carried out the electricity congeals treatment.After the treatment,31 cases were treated by the Chinese native medicine decoctum sitz bath ＋ to reorganized human interferon α-2b gelatin.While the control group 31 cases were treated by reorganized human interferon α-2b gelatin.The treatment course was 30 days.The following time were 6months.Results.- The effectiveness rate of treatment group was 70.97%,obviously higher than that of the control group（51.61%）.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The wart soup sitz bath combined the treatment of reorganized human interferon α-2b gelatin electricity to congeal the incisive condyloma shows the remarkable treatment effect.
