摘　　要：代谢综合征是以胰岛素抵抗为基础,伴有糖尿病、高血压、脂代谢紊乱等多种代谢相关疾病,脂联素是新近发现的一种胰岛素敏感性脂肪细胞因子,具有抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化,尤其是增加组织对胰岛素的敏感性、抗胰岛素抵抗的生物学效应,其表达和分泌水平的变化与代谢综合征密切相关。血清脂联素变化有可能成为胰岛素抵抗发生和发展的重要指标,用过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR-γ)增效剂可增加脂联素的表达及其在血浆中的浓度。Metabolic syndrome（MS） is a disease basing on insulin resistance and accompanying with metabolic relevance disease such as diabetes,hypertension,lipid metabolism disorder etc.Adiponectin,found recently,is one kind of fat cell factor associated with insulin sensibility,which has the biological effects of anti-inflammation and anti-atherosclerosis,especially,the effect of increasing the insulin sensibility for organizations,decreasing insulin resistance.Furthermore,the expressing and secreting level of adiponectin was related to MS.The level changes of adiponectin in the serum may become a key factor during the developing and progression of insulin resistance.The peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma（PPAR-γ） agonist can increase the expression and concentration of adiponectin in blood plasma.
