摘  要:针对传统挖掘机测试方式需要准备昂贵、笨重的数据采集设备、传感器和传感器工装的情况,设计便携式挖掘机测试系统。该系统选用台达DVP-10SX型可编程控制器(PLC)、DVP06AD-S模拟量输入扩展模块和DOP-B07S411型触摸屏,可以满足大多数挖掘机的测试需求。在保证测量数据准确的前提下,该系统可大大降低成本,并且具有轻巧、便于携带的优点,能够全面地对挖掘机进行复合动作测试和平地动作评估。将该便携式测试系统安装在一台21 t级液压挖掘机上进行试验,并将试验结果同高精度数据采集设备测试结果进行对比,验证了系统的正确性和高效性。There had to design a portable type test system for the excavator in view of traditional test means for the digger,which are expensive in price,heavy in weight as resulted from the data pickup equipment,the transducers and their tooling and package.The system adopts a DVP-10 SX type programmable controller(PLC),DVP06AD-S simulation input expansion module,and DOP-B07S411 type touch screen,which can satisfy test requirements for most of the excavator.The system under preconditions of data accuracy under test can lower the cost by far beside its features in light weight and nice make-up for convenient portability,which can test the digger's compound operation in full,as well as evaluating its grading work.A test was done where the system has been fixed to a 21 t hydraulic excavator.Test results were compared with those gotten from a high-precision data-pickup apparatus,and the comparison proved the system's correction and high-efficiency.
