摘 要:基于某型汽车起重机等速行驶试验,提出一种新的汽车起重机滚动阻力系数及风阻系数的理论计算模型。通过试验测得各等速行驶车速下的发动机转速、转矩信息,计算出整车行驶阻力,运用最小二乘法对构建出的行驶阻力方程进行二次多项式曲线拟合,进而得到整车行驶阻力系数。利用Cruise软件建立该型汽车起重机下车行驶模型,将计算得到的滚阻、风阻系数作为模拟行驶阻力输入模型中,通过仿真得到的油耗数据与试验值进行对比,验证了计算模型的正确性。文中构建的理论计算模型,同样可适用于货车、客车等大型车辆的行驶阻力计算。A theoretical calculation model can be constructed for truck cranes' rolling resistance and wind resistance as based on an auto crane under constant speed tests.The engine's RPM and some torque information were gained with the crane under such tests,with which to have computed out resistance to the entire crane traveling,while a method of least squares was used to plot up quadratic polynomial curves and fitting,going further to get resistance to the entire crane when traveling.A Cruise software was utilized to have constructed a model for the crane's substructure when traveling,which was input with rolling resistance and wind resistance coefficients so calculated out and were placed as resistance to the crane when traveling.Fuel consumption data gotten thru simulation were compared with those from tests,which have verified correction of the calculation model.Theoretical calculation models so constructed in the text can in the same way be useful for trucks,passenger cars and other heavy vehicles in terms of travel resistance calculation.
