摘　　要：分析了图书馆开展战略规划研究的必要性,从环境要素、制定程序、制定主体、制定工具4方面阐述了开展图书馆战略规划研究的具体内容。This paper analyzes the necessity for the library to carry out strategic planning research, and from four aspects of the environmental elements, the formulation of procedures, the formulation of subjects, and the formulation of tools, expounds the concrete contents of library＇ s strategic planning research.
