摘　　要：充当科研助手是学生参与科研活动的一种重要形式,对学生科学研助手的培养管理可提高学生的科研水平和实践能力,高校需通过各种途径来实施学生科研助手的培养管理。以图书馆为载体,探究了民办高校图书馆实施科研助手培养管理的新方法。Acting as a research assistant is an important form for students to participate in the actlvmes ot sclentinc research, the cultivation and management of student research assistants can improve the students＂ scientific research level and practical ability, and university should implement the cultivation and management of student research assistants through various channels. Taking the library as the carrier, this paper probes into some new methods for, the library of private university to implement the cultivation and management of student research assistants.
