舒适护理在下肢骨折术后持续被动功能锻炼的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理应用于下肢骨折术后持续被动功能锻炼(CPM)的临床效果。方法选取80例术后均需进行持续被动功能锻炼的下肢骨折患者,将研究对象随机分为对照组(n=40例)和实验组(n=40例)。前者采用常规护理,后者在对照组的基础上,针对CPM功能锻炼前、中阶段实施舒适护理,运用HSS、ROM、NRS、舒适度等评分表进行记录和分析两组患者在CPM功能锻炼后疼痛程度、膝关节活动度及膝关节功能评分、舒适感等指标。结果实验组患者在术后持续被动功能锻炼疼痛程度、膝关节活动度及膝关功能评分、舒适感等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对下肢骨折患者,舒适护理应用于术后CPM功能锻炼能提高患者的舒适感,对缓解疼痛,恢复膝关节活动均有促进作用,对优质服务的开展也有积极的意义。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in postoperative continuous passive（ CPM） functional exercise for patients suffered lower limb fractures. Methods 80 cases of postoperative patients with lower limb fracture who needs to do passive functional exercise continuously were selected,and these patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group（ n = 40） and experimental group（ n= 40）. The former used conventional care and the experimental group adopted comfortable nursing on the basis of control group. Using HSS knee rating,ROM,NRS score,comfort assessment tools to record and analyze patients＇ degree of pain,knee joint mobility,knee function and comfort feeling of the two groups in the CPM functional exercise. Results Patients ＇ degree of pain,knee joint mobility,knee function,comfort feeling and other indicators of experimental group were better than the control group after completing the CPM functional exercise.The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In patients with lower limb fracture,comfortable nursing used in postoperative CPM functional exercise can improve patients＇ comfort feeling,alleviate pain and restore the knee joint activities having a promoting effect,also have a positive significance for high quality services.
