针灸治疗中风偏瘫60例疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗中风偏瘫的临床疗效观察及护理。方法将我院接诊的100例中风偏瘫患者作为本次研究对象,入院后及时确诊同时愿意配合研究签署知情同意书,随机分为两组,其中对照组40例,两组患者皆采取针灸治疗,其中对照组采取常规护理,而研究组予以临床护理干预处理,观察记录两组患者护理前、护理后神经功能缺损(CSS)评分、日常生活能力Barthel指数评分变化情况,以及临床效果,并采取统计学处理。结果两组患者治疗后全部可进行疗效评价,显示研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理后CSS评分皆有明显降低(P<0.05),但研究组降低更明显(P<0.05);两组患者护理后Barthel指数评分皆有明显升高(P<0.05),但研究组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗中风偏瘫患者,同时加强临床护理,可以明显提高疗效,并改善神经功能缺损症状,提高日常生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy for stroke hemiplegia observation and nursing. Methods Our hospital departments of 100 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia as the research object,after admission diagnosis in time and at the same time is willing to cooperate with the signed informed consent,were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group 40 cases,control group patients take routine therapy and nursing,and group adopt acupuncture treatment and nursing,observation records of two groups of patients before treatment and nursing after nerve function defect（ CSS） score,daily life ability,the change of the Barthel index score,and clinical effect,and adopted statistical processing. Results Two groups of patients after treatment to evaluate the curative effect,all showed the team the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）; Two groups of patients after nursing CSS score was significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,but the team reduced more significantly（ P〈0. 05）; Two groups of patients after nursing Barthel index score was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）,but the team increased more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Acupuncture treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia,at the same time,strengthen the clinical care,can significantly improve curative effect,and improve the nerve function defect symptoms,improve the quality of daily life,is worth using for reference.
