早期心理护理干预措施在脑梗死后抑郁症患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析早期心理护理干预措施在脑梗死后抑郁症病人中的临床疗效,以进一步提高护理服务质量。方法选取我院2012年10月至2014年10月间,收治的脑梗死后抑郁症患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表方法将研究对象分为两组:观察组与对照组各40例患者,所有患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上,给予早期心理护理干预,护理干预持续4周后,比较两组患者SDS抑郁自评量表评分、日常生活能力评价(ADL)Barthel指数、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)及对护理方法的满意度情况之间的差异。结果护理干预结束后,观察组患者SDS自评量表评分与神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组患者,日常生活能力评价(ADL)Barthel指数高于对照组患者,观察组患者对护理方法的满意度(92.5%)高于对照组患者(72.5%),经t检验或χ2检验,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死后抑郁症病人中实施早期心理护理干预措施,可以极大的缓解患者的抑郁程度,降低了患者的神经功能损伤,提高患者日常生活活动能力,提高患者及家属对于护理工作方法的满意度,值得应用与推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of early psychological nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction and to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods 80 patients with depression after cerebral infarction from September 2012 to September 2014 were recruited and were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. Control group patients were given only regular care and observation group were given early psychological nursing intervention on the basis of regular care.After 4 weeks intervention,self-rating depression scale（ SDS）,daily life ability score（ ADL）,Barthel index,neural function defect score（ NFA） and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between 2 groups.Results After nursing intervention,observation group had lower SDS and NFA but higher ADL and Barthel index than control group. The satisfaction of nursing care（ 92. 5% vs 72. 5%） were in observation group and control group,respectively. By or Chi-square test,all the indexes had statistical significance in two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Early psychological nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction can highly alleviate the depression extent,decrease neural function defect,improve daily life ability,and improve satisfaction of nursing care in patients,which is worth widely application.
