新型血液分析仪检测脑脊液及胸腹腔积液常规的评价

摘　　要：目的对Sysmex XE-5000全自动血液分析仪在脑脊液及胸腹腔积液常规检测中的应用进行方法学评价。方法取99份脑脊液及胸腹腔积液标本,在Sysmex XE-5000全自动血液分析仪上应用体液模式进行检测,将检测结果与手工法计数结果进行相关性分析。结果仪器检测白细胞计数、红细胞计数的CV值分别为3.04%、0.77%,携带污染率分别为0.04%、0.01%,线性相关系数分别为0.999、1.000,均符合相关标准要求。仪器检测脑脊液和胸腹腔积液的白细胞计数、红细胞计数、单个核细胞、多个核细胞与传统手工方法检测结果有高度的相关性（r=0.84-0.91,P〈0.05、0.01）。结论 Sysmex XE-5000全自动血液分析仪的体液模式能够满足临床检验的需求,与手工方法结果相关性良好,在临床体液细胞检测中具有很高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate Sysmex XE-5000 hematology analyzer in detecting cerebrospinal fluid（CSF）,pleural fluid（PF）and abdominal dropsy（AD）. Methods Sysmex XE-5000 hematology analyzer was used to measure 99 specimens of CSF,PF and AD.The results were compared with that obtained by manual counting and analyzed. Results The CVs of WBC and RBC were 3.04% and 0.77%,carryover 0.04%and 0.01%,and linearity correlation coefficient 0.999 and 1.000,respectively,all were consistent with the requirements of relevant criteria.The WBC count,RBC count,MN count in CSF,PF and AD with the device were highly correlated with traditional manual counting（r=0.84-0.91;P〈0.05,0.01）. Conclusion The body fluid mode of Sysmex XE-5000 hematology analyzer can meet the requirements of clinical test,it has a good correlation with manual approach,and has a high application value in clinical detection of body fluid cells.
