经导管动脉栓塞术治疗异常体动脉供应左肺基底段1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：目的评价经导管动脉栓塞术治疗异常体动脉供应左肺基底段的效果。方法我科就诊的异常体动脉供应左肺基底段的病人1例,采用经导管动脉栓塞术治疗,对治疗结果进行了分析。结果采用经导管动脉栓塞术成功栓塞异常体动脉分支,病人无咯血再发。结论经导管动脉栓塞术治疗异常体动脉供应左肺基底段安全、有效,可作为首选治疗手段。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization of anomalous systemic arterial supply to basal segment of the left lower lobe of lung. Methods One patient with anomalous systemic arterial supply to the left lower lobe of lung treated with transcatheter arterial embolization was analyzed. Results The branch of anomalous systemic artery was successfully embolized with no recurrence of hemoptysis was noted. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial embolization of anomalous systemic arterial supply to basal segment of the left lower lobe of lung is safe and effective,which can be used as the first of choice for the treatment of this condition.
