摘　　要：采用单因素分析和正交试验,研究了麻赛尔/棉混纺纱针织面料的活性染色工艺。优化的染色工艺为:活性艳红KD-8B 2%(omf),碳酸钠35 g/L,氯化钠40 g/L,平平加O 0.4 g/L,60℃染色50 min,60℃固色60 min,浴比1∶20。Reactive dyeing of cotton/jutecell knitted fabric with one bath and one step method is carried out. The optimum dyeing process is determined by single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment method as follows： Reactive Brilliant Red KD-SB 2%（omf）, sodium carbonate 35 g/L, sodium chloride 40 g/L, peregal-O 0.4 g/L, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 50 min, fixing at 60 ℃ for 60 min and bath ratio 1：20.
