摘　　要：针对涤纶针织物染色后手感板、硬的缺点,以及其成衣经数次家庭洗涤后手感变差的问题,开发了陶瓷磨毛工艺,以赋予涤纶针织物蓬松、厚实和永久性柔软的手感。介绍了陶瓷丝径的选择,陶瓷磨毛机操作要领以及加工工艺流程。To avoid hard handle of polyester knitted fabric after dyeing and several times of household washing, a kind of ceramic grinding machine is developed for polyester knitted fabric. The finished fabric has lofty, thick and soft handle. The selection of ceramic wire diameter, sanding process and its key operation points are introduced.
