摘  要:以氟聚全氟六氟丙烯基酰基氟、甲醇和氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成了一种新型玻璃涂层疏水疏油用全氟聚醚三甲氧基硅烷。研究了涂膜工艺和成膜条件对玻璃涂层性能的影响,测试了全氟聚醚三甲氧基硅烷作为玻璃涂层与水和正十二烷的初始接触角、抗摩擦耐久性、透光率、耐盐雾性和耐氙灯老化性。结果表明,制备的全氟聚醚三甲氧基硅烷作为玻璃涂层与水和正十二烷的初始接触角分别为114.6°和64.3°,经过法兰绒摩擦3 000次后的接触角分别为108.5°和60.2°,玻璃表面具有良好的疏水疏油、抗摩擦耐久性,良好的透光性、耐盐雾性和耐氙灯老化性,可用于玻璃涂层。The perfluoropolyether-trimethoxysilane used for glass coating was prepared with perfluoropolyether,methyl alcohol and aminopropyltrimethoxysilane.The influence of film coating processes and conditions on glass coating property was investigated.The tests on the initial contact angle of water and hexadecane,stability for anti-friction,transmittance,salt spray resistance and xenon lamp aging resistance of perfluoropolyether-trimethoxysilane showed that the initial contact angle of perfluoropolyether-trimethoxysilane with water and hexadecane were 114.6°and 64.3°,and108.5°and 60.2°after fricted 3 000 cycle by flannel.It has high hydrophobic,oleophobicity,stability for anti-friction,salt spray resistance and xenon lamp aging,and could be used for glass coating.
