锂离子电池主要正极材料在华专利的分析

摘　　要：基于锂离子电池正极材料中国专利数据,从材料类别角度对各材料的申请人、制备方法进行横向对比,对具有代表性的企业的重点专利进行分析。对相关专利发展提出加强自主研发、建立专利管理部门和增加交流合作等建议。Based on the data of Chinese patents on cathode materials for Li-ion battery, lateral comparisons of applicants of each material and preparation methods were made from the view of material type. The main patents of representative enterprises were analyzed. It was suggested that the related patent development should strengthen independent development, establish special patent management department and enhance exchange and cooperation.
