摘 要:针对煤燃烧过程中释放的碱金属引起锅炉换热面沾污和腐蚀的问题,通过在线标定,利用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术定量测量了准东煤燃烧过程中钠和钾随时间的动态释放特性;实验中利用一个自制的多射流燃烧器模拟真实火焰环境,在线测量得到准东煤燃烧过程中碱金属释放过程。实验发现煤燃烧过程的挥发分阶段、焦炭阶段、灰分阶段可以通过测得的碱金属释放曲线进行时间划分;随着温度升高,煤燃烧挥发分阶段、焦炭阶段、灰分阶段的Na、K释放速率均显著增加。During coal combustion,the released alkali species,mainly sodium( Na) and potassium( K) compounds,may cause severe problems like fouling and corrosion of the heat transfer surface in industrial furnaces. The time-resolved amounts of sodium and potassium release simultaneously from burning coal were quantitatively measured,using the Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy technique. A specially designed laminar burner was employed to provide real fame environment,in which the in-situ measurement of Na and K release of Zhundong coal was carried out. The research showed that the three stages of coal combustion,devolatilization stage,char stage and ash stage,can be distinguished by the measured release curve. The release rate of Na and K increased with the increasing temperature in all three stages.
