摘  要:对硝基苯气相催化加氢制苯胺使用的催化剂捕集工艺及相关设备进行介绍,并结合生产中发生的Cu/Si O2催化剂跑损事故案例进行剖析,运用失效模式与效果分析(FMEA)理论找出了催化剂可能存在跑损的各个环节,针对各环节提出了改进和防范措施,确保装置长周期稳定运行。In this article, the catalyst collecting process and equipment used in aniline production with gas phase nitrobenzene catalyzing and hydrogenating process were introduced. Combined with practical accident of Cu / Si O2 catalyst loss occurred in production, based on the theory of failure mode and effect analysis, each link related to catalyst loss were found. Then, with respect to these links, the improving and protecting measures were proposed so as to ensure the plant with long term and stable operation.
