摘 要:目的探讨右归饮治疗激素性股骨头坏死的可能作用机理。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、右归饮组、激素模型组,每组10只。激素模型组和右归饮组采用腹腔内注射大肠杆菌内毒素联合肌肉注射甲泼尼松龙琥珀酸钠建立激素性股骨头坏死模型,正常对照组给予等量生理盐水注射。右归饮组在造模的同时每天给予右归饮20 g/(kg·d)灌胃,连续8周,激素模型组和正常对照组予等容积生理盐水灌胃。观察各组大鼠一般情况,于第4、8周末行骨X线及骨密度检测,第8周末测定血清钙、磷水平。结果与正常对照组比较,激素模型组和右归饮组大鼠第2周开始至第8周体重均明显降低(P<0.05);从第3周至第8周右归饮组大鼠体重较激素模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。激素模型组大鼠第4、8周股骨干、股骨头、脊柱骨密度水平均较正常对照组明显下降,而右归饮组第4周时股骨干、股骨头和第8周时股骨干、股骨头、脊柱骨密度水平较激素模型组明显升高(P<0.01)。与正常对照组比较,右归饮组和激素模型组血清钙、磷水平均降低(P<0.01);与激素模型组比较,右归饮组血清钙、磷水平升高(P<0.01)。结论右归饮能明显提高激素性股骨头坏死模型大鼠的骨密度,其机理可能与改善血清钙、磷水平有关。Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Yougui Yin in the treatment of steroid induced femoral head necrosis. Methods Thirty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group,Yougui Yin group and hormone model group,with 10 rats in each group. Models of steroid induced necrosis of the femoral head were established by intraperitoneal injection of Escherichia coli endotoxin combined with intramuscular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in hormone model group and Yougui Yin group. The normal control group received with the equal amount of saline injection. At the same time,Yougui Yin group was gavaged with 20 g /( kg·d) of Yougui Yin for 8 consecutive weeks,while the hormone model group and the normal control group were gavaged with the equal volume of physiological saline. The general situation of rats in each group was observed,bone X-ray and bone mineral density were tested at the 4th and 8th weekend,and the serum levels of calcium and phosphorus were detected by the 8th weekend. Results Compared with the normal control group,the body weight of the rats in the hormone model group and Yougui Yin group was significantly decreased( P〈0. 05) from the beginning of the 2nd week till the 8th week. Compared with hormone model group,the body weight of the rats in Yougui Yin group increased significantly( P〈0. 05) from the 3rd to the 8th week. The mineral density levels of femoral shaft,femoral head and spine bone decreased significantly in the rats in the model group in the 4th and 8th week. However,the mineral density level of the femoral shaft,femoral head in the Yougui Yin group was significantly higher than that in the hormone model group in the 4th week( P〈0. 01),and the mineral density level of the femoral shaft,femoral head and spine bone in the Yougui Yin group in the 8th week was also significantly higher than that in the hormone model group( P〈0. 01).
