摘  要:为评估多区域物流产业,构建了3级评价指标体系,底层指标包含灰色指标和白化指标.在模糊评判向量的基础上确定底层灰色指标的评定值,并对底层白化指标的原始数值进行归一化处理.计算中间层指标的关联系数矩阵,用熵值法确定底层指标及中间层指标的相对权重,将中间层指标的关联系数矩阵与其所含底层指标的权重向量进行乘法复合,得评估区域在中间层指标的评定值.进而求顶层指标的加权规范化矩阵,确定理想解、负理想解以及评估区域到理想解、负理想解的距离,计算评估区域的贴近度.根据评估区域贴近度的大小排序,得到了评估区域的物流产业竞争力排序结果.Three-level index system was constructed to assess the multi-regional logistics industry,and the underlying indexes included the grey and albino indexes.The evaluation values of underlying grey indexes were determined on the basis of the fuzzy evaluation vector,then the original values of underlying albino indexes were normalized.Correlation coefficient matrixes were established for the middle layer index.The relative weight of the underlying and middle layer indexes were determined by entropy technology,then the evaluation values were calculated on the middle layer indexes.The weighted normalized matrix was developed for the top-level indicators,and the nearness of the evaluation object was calculated while the ideal and negative ideal solutions were determined.According to the order by the nearness of the evaluation object,a competitiveness sort result about multi-regional logistics industry was finally obtained.
