摘 要:采用循环伏安技术,系统地研究鲁米诺在玻碳电极上的电化学发光行为,探讨其可能的电化学发光机制及影响因素.结果表明,通过调节电位扫描范围可以有效地增强鲁米诺的电化学发光强度,提高其发光稳定性.基于鲁米诺在所选电位范围内强而稳定的ECL发光性质,建立了一种简便的电化学发光分析方法,并将其用于检测Cu2+和多巴胺,取得了满意的结果.The electrochemiluminescence(ECL)behavior of luminol on bare glass carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry,systematically.The effect factors on the ECL property of luminol were examined and the possible ECL mechanism was explored by a series of experiments.It is found that the intensity and stability of luminol ECL emission could be boosted by regulating potential scan range conveniently.Based on strong and stable ECL emission of luminol on bare glass carbon electrode in optimized potential scan range,a very simple ECL analysis method for copper metal ions and dopamine was developed,and the satisfactory detection results were obtained.
