摘  要:基于厚壁圆筒理论和Hertz接触理论,建立了"过渡区"合应力和界面应力峰值计算模型,并得到了其函数解析式,通过数值仿真揭示了圆弧结合界面处的应力特性。仿真结果表明:轴向应力呈现U形分布,两端应力较大,中间比较平稳;周向应力值在承载区与非承载区的交界处变化较大,应力突变明显;对比解析计算值与仿真模拟值可知,圆弧结合面的误差均值小于"过渡区"误差均值,且均小于5%。试验测试结果表明:圆弧结合界面下的试验测试值与仿真模拟值的误差值均小于2%,试验结果与模拟结果相符,说明解析与仿真两种方法是有效可行的。研究结果可为界面结合强度理论计算及试验验证提供参考,并对油膜轴承的使用维护提出了改进建议。The mathematical models to calculate the resultant stress in transition area and the peak of interfacial stress were established based on the thick-cylinder theory and Hertz contact theory. And the analytical expression was derived. Simulation results reveal the stress characteristics of arc binding interface. It is concluded that the axial stress presents the U-distribution,both ends of the stress are large,the middle stress is relatively stable. Obvious stress mutations of the circumferential stress ap- pear in the junction of bearing and non-bearing area. Comparing the calculated and simulated methods, the mean error of stress in arc binding interface is less than that in transition area,and both of them is less than 5%. Experiments show all errors of experimental values and simulated values are less than 2%. Experimental results are consistent with simulation ones. It suggests that analytic solution and simulation are relatively effective. This work can provide references for the theoretical calculation and experimental verification of interracial binding strength, and give out some improvement recommenda- tions for oil-film bearing maintenance.
