摘 要:为研究造纸法再造烟叶各工艺阶段甾醇类化合物的含量变化,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)对5种甾醇(麦角甾醇、胆甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇及β-谷甾醇)进行了测定。结果表明:1烟叶原料中5种甾醇的含量(质量分数)均高于烟梗,且两种烟草原料中的甾醇类化合物均以豆甾醇和β-谷甾醇为主;2在提取和浓缩阶段,甾醇含量均降低,降低量分别占原料中甾醇总量的21.35%和15.13%;3在掺配阶段,低浓浆中甾醇实际增加量占原料中甾醇总量的10.64%;4在打浆和抄造阶段,甾醇含量均降低,降低量分别占原料中甾醇总量的14.06%和14.18%;5其余工艺阶段的甾醇含量变化不大,最终再造烟叶产品中甾醇量占原料中甾醇总量的48.67%。In order to investigate the change of sterol contents in paper-making process reconstituted tobacco at various processing stages, the contents of five sterols (ergosterol, cholesterol, campesterol, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol) were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The results showed that: 1) The contents of the said sterols were higher in tobacco leaves than in tobacco stems, and the major sterols in tobacco leaves and stems were stigmasterol and/3-sitosterol. 2) The content of sterols decreased by 21.35% and 15.13% at extraction and concentration stages, respectively. 3) At blending stage, the content of sterols in low consistency pulp actually increased by 10.64%. 4) At beating and papermaking stages, the content of sterols decreased by 14.06% and 14.18%, respectively. 5) Sterol content changed little at the other processing stages. The sterol content remaining in finished reconstituted tobacco was 48.67% of that in raw material.
