摘　　要：目的:实证分析国家基本药物制度实施后基层医疗机构的经营现状并提出建议。方法:进行数据对比分析,并运用SPSS和Eviews软件对基层医疗机构业务经营的影响因素进行相关分析和多元统计回归分析。结果:以镇江市丹徒区12家基层医疗中心的数据为依据,建立模型分析业务收入的影响因素。通过回归分析得到门诊人数、实际占用床日、医疗资产规模等因素与基层医疗机构的收入水平高度相关。结论:由此建立的回归模型可以有效评估国家基本药物制度实施后医疗机构的收入状况,有助于合理制定补偿标准,探索按照治疗人数和提供医疗服务量进行补偿的合理机制。Objective To discuss the management status of primary care institutions since the implementation of national essential drug system. Methods Applying correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to the factors of influence of operating income in primary care institutions with the software of SPSS and Eviews. Results Taking Dantu district in Zhenjiang city as an example,it points out that Number of outpatients,actual occupied bed days and medical assets are related to the income level of primary care institutions. The regression model can effectively evaluate the income conditions. Conlusions Analysis on the factors effecting the operating income of essential drug system helps to make reasonable compensation standard,explore new compensation mechanisms in accordance with the number of treatments and the number of provision of medical services.
