摘  要:对人工砂石粉中云母含量测试方法进行研究,并通过控制人工砂石粉中云母含量,系统研究了人工砂石粉中云母含量变化对三级配大体积混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,X-射线衍射分析可以定量测试人工砂石粉中云母含量;随着人工砂石粉中云母含量增加,达到相同坍落度控制范围的混凝土单位用水量须增加,混凝土抗压强度和劈拉强度均有所降低,人工砂石粉中云母含量过高会给混凝土的工作性能和力学性能带来不利影响。This paper carries out the measuring method of mica content in manufactured sand powder, and the influence rule of mica content changes upon three-graded mass concrete workability and mechanical performance has been studied systematically by controlling the content of mica in manufactured sand powder. The results indicate that X-ray diffraction analysis can quantita- tively test mica content in manufactured sand powder, with the increase of mica content in manufactured sand powder, the unit wa- ter-use of concrete which achieves the same slump control should be increased,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete are reduced, excessive amounts of mica in manufactured sand powder would bring some adverse effects an concrete workability and mechanical performance.
