复配阻燃剂对双组份聚脲弹性体阻燃性能的影响

摘  要:采用垂直燃烧测试法研究了复配阻燃剂在双组份聚脲弹性体中的阻燃作用。研究结果表明:在二元复配体系中,二甲基二氢化牛脂基季铵盐改性蒙脱土2T-MMT与甲基磷酸二甲酯DMMP复配比2T-MMT与间苯二酚-双磷酸二苯酯RDP复配具有更长的熔滴时间,但是后者具有更好的离火自熄性能;在三元复配体系中,聚磷酸铵APP和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐MPP提高了聚脲的熔融黏度,使得熔滴时间进一步延长。APP的作用效果比MPP更好。抗滴落剂和可膨胀石墨(EG)能够显著提高聚脲的各项阻燃性能,尤其是滴落时间和样品下方滤纸被点燃的问题,其中EG的作用效果更佳。The effects of mixed flame retardant on the flame 'retardant performance of 2K polyurea elastomer were investigated by vertical burning test method. The research results reveal that, in binary blends system, 2T-MMT compound with DMMP obtains longer dripping time than 2T-MMT and RDP blends system,but the latter has a better self-extinguishing performance when the ignition source is moved away. In ternary blends system,APP and MPP increases the melt viscosity of polyurea,and the dripping time extends further. APP presents a better effect than MPP. The flame retardant performances of polyurea are remarkably improved by anti-dripping agent and expandable graphite (EG). Especially for improving the dripping time and resolving the ignition problem of filter paper which is setting under the sample. Between this two materials,EG shows a better performance than anti-dripping agent.
