玉质抛光砖的研制

摘　　要：玉质抛光砖是坯体经釉问施彩、喷墨打印、高温煅烧、软抛打蜡等工艺制成的高透光、高强度、玉质化的新型墙地面装饰砖，具有图案丰富、表面玉质化特征。重点介绍了玉质抛光砖的坯料、釉料配方和釉式、工艺参数及产品性能。经试验调整配方和工艺参数优选出14016#、14021#配方。该配方主要属R2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统中加入CaO·siO2和3CaO·P2O5，通过控制烧成温度1190-1200℃，烧成周期60min左右，可提高玉质抛光砖的抗折强度和透光性。Jade polished tile is a new kind of wall and floor decorative tiles of high transmittance,high strength and jade qualitative prepared with the process of applying color between glazes, inkier printing, high temperature calcination,and soft polish- ing waxing, having characteristics of rich pattern and surface jade qualitative. This paper highlights the raw material, glaze recipes, glaze type, process parameters and product performance of the jade polished tile. Two recipes（14016#, 14021#） were selected based on experiment by adjusting the formula and process parameters. The recipes mainly introduce CaO·SiO2 and 3CaO·P2O5 in R2O- Al2O3-SiO2 system,by controlling the firing temperature at 1190-1200℃,and the firing cycle at 60 min,flexural strength and trans- parency of the jade tiles can be improved.
