国际质量标准认证与企业出口行为——来自中国企业层面的经验分析

摘　　要：基于世界银行2012年营商环境与企业绩效调查的相关数据,文章使用回归方法和PSM方法分析了国际质量标准认证对中国企业出口行为的影响。研究表明:国际质量标准认证对企业出口的扩展边际具有显著影响,拥有国际质量标准认证将增加企业出口的概率;国际质量标准认证对企业出口的集约边际也具有显著影响,通过国际质量标准认证将扩大出口企业的销售规模。进一步用PSM方法对上述问题进行分析后得到的结果依然是稳健的。Based on the database of the 2012 Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey( Beeps),this paper analysis the effect of ISO Standards on the export activity of firms in China. Following conclusions are obtained: first,Certification has a positive effect on the extensive-margin of firm' s export,and it will increase the probability of export of firms; Second,it also has a positive effect on the intensive-margin of the firms,by which it can increase the sales volume of firms; Third,PSM method is used to analysis these problems,and the conclusions are robustness. Conclusions above imply that the certification is very important to the export activities of firms in China,since it could improve the quality of products and the level of management environment,and furthermore lower the transaction costs and improve the production efficiency of firms.
