中国对外援助的贸易成本削减效应研究

摘　　要：内容提要文章在核算出中国对部分非洲国家援助额的基础上，选取了15个非洲国家2005～2011年的面板数据，采用可行广义最小二乘方法，检验了中国对外援助对受援国贸易成本的影响。研究发现：中国对非援助可以显著降低受援国的出口和进口成本，且对进口成本的影响效应略大于出口成本；受援国人均收入、人口、制度、基础设施质量、贸易开放度等国内因素的改善均能显著降低其出口和进口成本，通货膨胀率的上升则会增加受援国的出口和进口成本，丰裕的自然资源可以降低受援国的出口成本，但会提升其进口成本。This paper calculates the amount of Chinese foreign aid to some African countries,and then studies its impacts on trade costs of recipients with panel data of 15 African countries during the year 2005 ~ 2011 by using Feasible Generalized Least Squares( FGLS). This study shows: Chinese foreign aid to African countries will significantly reduce recipients' export and import costs,while the impact on the latter is lager; improvement of recipients' internal facts such as per capita income,population,institution,infrastructure and trade openness will reduce their export costs and import costs,and a raise of recipients' inflation will increase their export costs and import costs. what's more,redundant natural resources will reduce recipients' export costs and increase their import costs.
