出生时代对农民工社会冲突感的影响及其中介机制

摘　　要：根据CGSS(2010)的数据分析了出生时代对农民工社会冲突感的影响及其中介机制。结果表明,在控制个人特征变量之后,出生时代显著影响农民工的社会冲突感,第二代农民工的社会冲突感要显著高于第一代农民工。通过中介效应分析发现,收入公平感和社会公平感均具有显著的中介效应。第二代农民工比第一代农民工具有更低的收入公平感和社会公平感,更低的收入公平感和社会公平感会导致他们具有更高的社会冲突感。The data of CGSS （2010） were used to analyze the effects of birth periods on migrant workers＇ sense of social conflict and the mediation mechanism. The results showed that after controlling the variable of individual characteristics, birth periods exert a significant effect on migrant workers＇ sense of social conflict, and specifically, the second generation migrant workers＇ sense of social conflict is significantly higher than that of the first generation ones. Based on an analysis of the mediation mechanism, it was found that the two senses of income fairness and social fairness have a significant mediation effect. The second generation migrant workers have a lower sense of income fairness and social fairness than the first generation ones, which leads to their higher sense of social conflict.
