摘  要:目的以甲醇为提取溶剂,用超声法从灯心草中提取去氢厄弗酚。方法以单因素实验为基础,分别考察超声提取时间、超声提取功率、甲醇体积分数对去氢厄弗酚提取率的影响,确定各因素的适宜水平。在此基础上,利用Box-behnken中心组合设计法设计响应面分析甲醇体积分数、超声时间和超声功率3个因素对去氢厄弗酚提取率的影响,建立二次回归方程,分析最佳提取工艺。结果灯心草中去氢厄弗酚超声提取的最佳工艺为:甲醇体积分数为80.4%,超声时间为40min,超声功率为40%P(P=400 W),在此条件下,去氢厄弗酚提取量达到1.003 0mg·g-1。结论 Box-behnken设计结合响应面分析法操作简单,可以更好地对灯心草中去氢厄弗酚的超声提取工艺进行优化。Objective To investigate the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method of dehydroeffusol fromJuncus effusus.Methods The effects of methanol concentration,extraction time,and extraction power were investigated.A 17-run response surface design involving three factors at three levels was generated by the design-expert software and the experimental data obtained were subjected to quadratic regression analysis,and to create a mathematical model describing the dehydroeffusol extraction.Results The optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were as follows:methanol volume fraction 80.4%and ultrasound power 40% P(P=400W)for40min.Under these optimized conditions,the yield of dehydroeffusol was 1.003 0mg·g^-1.Conclusion The Box-behnken design and response surface analysis can optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of dehydroeffusol fromJuncus effusus easily.
