摘 要:目的考察延胡索不同提取物粉末的红外光谱学特征,建立延胡索提取物的质量检测方法,为中药提取物的实时质量监控提供参考。方法以延胡索乙素为指标,采用HPLC测定其含量;利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)对延胡索药材及其不同提取物进行研究。结果延胡索药材及其提取物有着各自稳定的红外光谱指纹特征,图谱中位于1 610,1 520和1 457cm-1处的振动峰是判断延胡索乙素在不同提取物样品中含量高低的主要依据,而其测定结果与HPLC的结果基本吻合。结论该方法简便、快速,能够准确地提供中药提取物中主要化学成分的相关信息,为制定下一步的提取方案提供方向性参考。Objective In order to control the quality of Rhizoma corydalis a novel method was established to measure the traditional Chinese medicine extracts of Rhizoma corydalis,in which the characteristic peaks was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Methods The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC;The characteristic peaks were recognized and the FTIR spectra of Rhizoma corydalis and its different extracts were compared.Results The FTIR spectra of traditional Chinese medicine extracts of Rhizoma corydalis exhibited macroscopic fingerprint characteristics.The typical and strongest absorption peak in IR spectrum of tetrahydroplmatine was at 1 610,1 520 and 1 457cm^-1,which was assigned to the vibration band,and its intensities in spectra of different medicinal herb extracts became the main identification standard of the contents of tetrahydroplmatine in those samples.The results of tetrahydroplmatine from different extracting methods were consistent with the results of HPLC.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,which could provide valuable information about the chemical constituents of medicinal extracts for guiding the next step of extraction and separation improvement.
