荜澄茄不同极性提取物对豚鼠胆结石形成及其生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察荜澄茄不同极性提取物对豚鼠胆石症的干预作用。方法用致石饲料建立豚鼠胆结石模型,荜澄茄不同极性提取物灌胃给药,比较各组豚鼠的成石率,并检测血脂、胆汁成分等指标。结果荜澄茄醚提物1.2g·kg-1、醇提物1.7g·kg-1、水提物2.8g·kg-1、混合物2.55g·kg-1具有抑制豚鼠胆结石形成作用,增加胆结石豚鼠胆囊中的胆汁量。醚提物1.2g·kg-1可降低胆汁中的总胆红素和胆固醇含量,可降低Ca2+的浓度;水提物2.8g·kg-1和混合物2.55g·kg-1可降低胆汁中胆固醇含量;醇提物1.7g·kg-1可降低血液中胆固醇的含量;混合物2.55g·kg-1可提高血液高密度脂蛋白。其中醚提物作用最强,醇提物其次。结论荜澄茄制剂可以作为胆囊炎、胆管炎和胆石症的治疗制剂。Objective To investigate the effects of various Litseae fructus extracts on experimental gallstone in guinea pigs.Method Gallstone guinea pigs model was established and different extracts were administered by ig..The rate of gallstone formation and the indexes including plasma lipids and biliary component were measured and compared.Results The Litseae fructus extracts with different polarity,such as ether extract 1.2g·kg^-1,alcoholic extract 1.7g·kg^-1,water extract 2.8g·kg^-1,and mixture2.55g·kg^-1,can inhibit the formation of gallstone in guinea pigs,increase the amount of bile in the gallbladder.Ether extract1.2g·kg^-1 decreased the contents of T-Bil and TC in bile,and the concentration of Ca^2＋.Water extract 2.8g·kg^-1 and mixture 2.55g·kg^-1 decreased the contents of TC in bile.Alcoholic extract 1.7g·kg^-1 decreased the contents of TC in blood.Mixture 2.55g·kg^-1 increased the high density protein in blood.The effect of ether extract was the strongest and the next was the alcohol extract.Conclusion The Litseae fructus extracts,especially ether extracts,could be used as therapeutic agents for cholecystitis,cholangitis and cholelithiasis.
