HPLC法同时测定小青龙颗粒中五味子醇甲、五味子乙素及桂皮醛的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定小青龙颗粒中五味子醇甲、五味子乙素及桂皮醛含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Wondasil-C18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为245 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl。结果：五味子醇甲、五味子乙素、桂皮醛的质量浓度分别在1.008~20.16μg/ml（r=0.999 8）、0.496~9.92μg/ml（r=0.999 7）、1.012~20.24μg/ml（r=0.999 6）范围内与各自的峰面积线性关系良好;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.33%;五味子醇甲、五味子乙素、桂皮醛的平均加样回收率分别为98.9%、99.9%、98.7%,RSD分别为1.71%、1.50%、2.10%（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于小青龙颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for simultaneous contents determination of schizandrin,schizandrin B and cinnamaldehyde in Xiaoqinglong granule. METHODS：HPLC was performed on the column of Wondasil-C18 with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（gradient elution）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 245 nm,temperature was 25 ℃ and volume was 20 μ l. RESULTS：The linear range was 1.008-20.16 μ g/ml（r=0.999 8） for schizandrin,0.496-9.92 μg/ml（r=0.999 7）for schizandrin B,and 1.012-20.24 μg/ml（r=0.999 6）for cinnamaldehyde;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 1.33%;the average recoveries were respectively 98.9%（RSD=1.71%,n=6）,99.9%（RSD=1.50%,n=6）and 98.7%（RSD=2.10%,n=6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoqinglong granule.
