摘 要:目的研究口腔COPT和CBCT受检者的体表辐射特征,做好全口腔影像检查的辐射防护。方法应用长杆电离室和X射线多功能检测仪,采用非介入式方法测试COPT和CBCT影像接收器处的辐射剂量,计算受检者入射体表空气比释动能和空气比释动能率。结果在最小技术条件下,CBCT和COPT受检者入射体表空气比释动能分别为0.21、0.13 m Gy,空气比释动能率分别为20.10、8.65μGy/m As。在最大技术条件下,CBCT和COPT受检者入射体表空气比释动能分别为20.05、4.49 m Gy,空气比释动能率分别为178.2、21.02μGy/m As。在临床常用技术条件下,CBCT(84-90)k V和COPT(62-70)k V受检者入射体表空气比释动能分别为(16.61-18.62)和(0.87-3.12)m Gy,空气比释动能率分别为(105.3-138.2)和(11.42-14.42)μGy/m As。结论口腔CBCT受检者入射体表辐射剂量高于COPT。口腔临床和放射医生要遵守辐射防护三原则,合理应用COPT与CBCT。Objective To study the patient surface radiation doses of oral COPT(Computed Orthopantomography) and CBCT(Cone Beam Computed Tomography) in order to take better radiation protection measures for full-oral clinical imaging examinations. Methods With application of the long pole ionization chamber and X-ray multi-functional detector, non-interventional methods were utilized to test the radiation dose of COPT and CBCT in the image receiver. Then, the patients' oral surface air kerma and the air kerma rate were calculated according to the inverse square law between the radiation dose and the distance. Results Under the minimum technical conditions, the patients' oral surface air kerma and the air kerma rate of CBCT and COPT were 0.21 m Gy and 20.10 μGy/m As in comparison with 0.13 m Gy and 8.65 μGy/m As respectively. While, under the maximum technical conditions, the patients' oral surface air kerma and the air kerma rate of CBCT and COPT were 20.50 m Gy vs 4.49 m Gy and 178.2 μGy/m As vs 21.02 μGy/m As, respectively. And under commonly-used clinical technical conditions, the patients' oral surface air kerma and the air kerma rate of CBCT(84~90) k V and COPT(62~70) k V were(16.61~18.62) m Gy and(105.3~138.2) μGy/m As in contrast with(0.97~3.12) m Gy and(11.42~14.42) μGy/m As, respectively. Conclusion The patient surface radiation dose of oral CBCT was higher than that of COPT. Three principles of radiation protection should be followed by oral clinical physicians and radiation physicians soas to make reasonable utilization of COPT and CBCT.
