摘 要:从物流需求和物流供给两方面建立城市物流综合实力评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法,计算了2011年长三角16个城市的物流综合实力指数,并借助聚类分析法将其划分为高、较高、一般、低4种类型。采用引力模型和物流地位模型测度了城市之间的物流联系度,并以此构建长三角轴-辐式物流网络,即物流综合实力最高、辐射范围最大的上海为一级轴心城市,物流综合实力较高的南京、苏州、无锡、杭州、宁波为二级轴心城市,舟山、扬州、泰州等10个城市为三级轴点城市。最后,借助0-1整数模型规划了上海物流圈、南京物流圈、杭州物流圈、宁波物流圈和苏中物流圈5个各具特色的物流圈,为长三角区域物流业的发展提供理论指导。This paper established the evaluation index system of urban logistics comprehensive strength from logistics demand and supply. The authors calculated logistics comprehensive strength index of the 16 cities of Yangtze River Delta in 2011 using the principal component analysis method and divided them into 4 types with cluster analysis method. Then logistics link of cities was measured by use of logistics gravity model and logistics status model and the hub-and-spoke logistical network was con- structed, that is, Shanghai with the highest logistics comprehensive strength and the largest logistics radiation range as the core of the first grade axis, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Ningbo as the core of the second grade axis, and 10 cities such as Zhoushan, Yangzhou, Taizhou etc as the core of the third axis. Finally, 5 logistics circles were planned including Shanghai logis- tics eircle,Nanjing logistics circle, Hangzhou logistics circle, Ningbo logistics circle and Mid-Jiangsu logistics circle under the help of 0-1 integer programming model,and the theoretical guidance for the logistics development of Yangtze River Delta was provided.
