摘　　要：静脉营养对提高早产儿存活率、改善生命质量具有重要的临床意义。脂肪乳是静脉营养中重要的能量来源物质但其代谢并发症也越来越受到广泛关注。选择适合早产儿配方的脂肪乳剂,采用合适的使用方法 ,有利于早产儿的生长发育。Intravenous nutrition has important clinical significance in raising survival rate of premature infants and improving the quality of life. Fat emulsion is an important source of energy substance of intravenous nutrition, but the metabolic complications attract more and more attention extensively. Selection of suitable fat emulsion formula for premature infants and using appropriate method are conducive to the growth and development of premature infants.
