摘　　要：胎儿炎症反应综合征是指胎儿免疫系统被激活释放大量致炎因子而导致的一种亚临床状态，无论是由感染因素（如绒毛膜羊膜炎）或胎儿败血症，或是非感染因素（如窒息、慢性缺氧）引起的，在早产儿或足月儿中都有可能引起神经系统损伤。本文就胎儿炎症反应综合征致新生儿脑损伤的发生机理作一综述。Fetal inflammatory response syndrome is a sub-clinical state that cause fetal immune system could be activated and released large amounts of proinflammatory cytokines. Either caused by infection of factors such as chorioamnionitis, fetal sepsis or non-infectious factors such as asphyxia, chronic lack of oxygen, which are likely to cause neurological damage in preterm or full-term children. This article reviewed the progress on the mechanism of neonatal encephalopathy caused by fetal inflammatory response syndrome.
