摘　　要：在公共服务背景下,为促进北京市民族传统体育社会化发展,充分发挥民族传统体育公共服务社会化能力,提高市民参与民族传统体育健身的组织化程度,承接各级行政部门转移出来的部分公共服务职能,运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、分析法等,力图从公共服务视角出发,根据北京市民族传统体育社会化的具体实践,探讨民族传统体育社会化道路,提出继续加快政府职能社会化,形成合力,加强民族传统体育社会化改革的制度建设;充分发挥市民族传统体育协会的作用,进一步完善民族传统体育社会化建设体系;争取企业的支持,拓宽民族传统体育社会化的供给主体和融资渠道;继续利用学校优势推广民族传统体育教育,加大民族传统体育公共服务社区化的力度;以传播媒体为窗口,以节庆活动为展示,大力宣传民族传统体育等发展对策,以期为完善民族传统体育公共服务体系作有益探索。Under the background of public services,in order to promote the ethnic sports socialization development in Beijing,give full play to the ability of public service of ethnic sports,improve the organizational degree of the residents＇ participation in ethnic sports,undertake part of the public service functions of the administrative departments at all levels,through using the research methods of literature review,investigation,interview and analysis,from the perspective of public services,in accordance with the concrete practice of ethnic sports socialization in Beijing,this paper discusses ethnic sports socialization path,proposes to accelerate the socialization of government functions,form concerted efforts,and strengthen the construction of system reform of ethnic sports socialization;give full play to the role of the association of ethnic and traditional sports,further improve the ethnic sports socialization construction system;obtain support from enterprise support,broaden the financing channels and the supply of the main ethnic sports socialization;continue to use the advantages of schools to promote ethnic sports,strengthen ethnic sports public service socialization efforts;take the media as a window to show the festival activities,and vigorously promote the ethnic sports development strategies,so as to make beneficial explorations for the improvement of ethnic sports public service system.
