大型体育赛事举办中的社会问题、成因及对策

摘　　要：为进一步规范政府办赛行为,避免举办大型体育赛事的低效性,通过采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对近年来我国大型赛事举办中存在的社会问题进行概化和成因探析。结果表明:侵民扰民、办赛奢华、公共资源浪费、赛事密集化、观众缺席、赛事腐败等问题是目前大型体育赛事举办中存在的主要问题。认为要消除这些问题,必须转变政府职能,创新办赛机制,建立政府办赛绩效评价体系,形成政府、社会、市场为主体的三元治理办赛模式。In order to regulate the government behaviors to hold sports games and avoid the low effective of the large-scale sports games,this paper explored serious problems which appeared during large-scale sports games held in China and its reasons by using the method of literature review,logical analysis,and expert interview.The result shows that the main issues appeared during large-scale sports games held are as follows：nuisance the public rigrts and interests and disrupt orders of people＇s life and production;organizing sports games luxury,public resources wasted extravagant,and the audience absent of games,too much sports games intensively,endless corruption and so on.We proposed such strategies to transform the government functions,innovate mechanisms of holding sports events,establish public evaluation system on the effective of holding sporst games,structure the pattern controlled by government,society and the market together.
