血清BNP、hs-CRP、IMA与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP)、缺血修饰性清蛋白(IMA)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的相关性。方法选取冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者135例,另选性别、年龄与之相匹配的非ACS患者103例做对照。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆BNP浓度,免疫比浊法测定血清HS-CRP浓度,终点法测定血清IMA浓度,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果 1冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组血BNP、HS-CRP水平明显高于其它疾病组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组血清IMA水平相对于对照组血清IMA水平亦有所升高(P<0.05)。2在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病组中,患者血BNP与HS-CRP水平具有相关性(r=0.896,P<0.01),而与IMA水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 1血清BNP、HS-CRP浓度在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中明显升高,表明其与该病的发生发展密切相关;冠心病组与对照组血清IMA水平有差别,表明IMA亦可作为诊断冠心病的一个辅助指标。1冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者血BNP浓度升高程度与同期测定的血清HS-CRP浓度呈高度正相关,而与血清IMA水平无明显相关性。Objective To investigate the serum B type natriuretic peptide（BNP）,high sensitive C reactive protein（HS-CRP）,and ischemia modified albumin（the correlation between IMA and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients.Methods a total of 135 cases of patients,with coronary atheerosclerotic heart disease（ACS）,select gender and age matched non ACS patients with 103 cases as control.Using enzyme-linkedImmune Turbidimetry assay（ELISA）for determination of the concentration of plasma BNP,serum HS-CRP concentration was measured by turbidimetric method,serum IMA concentration was measured by endpoint method,the results were statistically analyzed.Results ①coronary heart disease group blood BNP,HS-CRP levels were significantly higher than that of other diseases patients,with significant difference（P〈0.01）;coronary atherosclerotic heart disease group,the serum IMA level of serum levels of IMA compared with the control group also increased（P〈0.05）.②in the coronary heart disease group,the correlation between BNP and HS-CRP in patients with blood levels（r=0.896,P〈0.01）,while no significant correlation with IMA levels（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ①the serum BNP,HS-CRP were significantly increased in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,show a close correlation with the disease development;coronary heart disease group had significant difference from the control group showed that serum level of IMA,IMA also can be used as an auxiliary index for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.There is a high positive correlation of serum HS-CRP concentration was measured in ②patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients with elevated blood BNP level and in the same period,but had no correlation with the levels of serum IMA.
