摘  要:针对现有的配电网供电恢复策略都没有考虑重要负荷的优先恢复供电,以非故障失电区域的一级负荷的有功负荷作为制定划分孤岛范围与初始恢复方案的依据,通过判断分布式电源容量与可转供线路容量之间的关系,确定孤岛范围,达到孤岛范围内与孤岛范围外负荷的最大恢复。在确定孤岛范围之后,采用广度搜索算法计算供电邻接表,确定一级负荷的供电恢复策略,再使用匈牙利算法确定非故障区的二、三级负荷供电,避免重要负荷在故障恢复决策中误切除的可能,算例分析验证了算法的可行性。The exisiting distribution system service restoration strategies are failing to consider the priority condition of important load. This paper proposes a method that makes the active load of the failure one-level as the basis to develop a solution of islanding division range and the initial recovery,and through judging the relationship between the capacity of distributed generation and that of the supporting feeders,determines the range of the isolated island,and thus,realizes the recovery in and out of the isolated island. Then,it uses breadth-first search algorithm to calculate the power supply adjacency list and find the service restoration for the first level load. At last,Hungarian algorithm is used to determine the service restoration for the failure of second-level loads and the third-level loads. avoiding the possibility that the important load is cut off by mistake. The case study results show the proposed method is feasible.
