摘  要:以NDG5,GY5598,ND108,ZD958,GY115,1145×Y331为供试材料,探讨在玉米单倍体育种过程中,自然加倍及化学加倍条件下,玉米散粉率与结实率的变化。结果表明,自然条件下,供试材料的散粉率和结实率均较低,对芽苗期的供试材料施以秋水仙素处理,可明显提高供试材料的散粉率和结实率,且随着喷施秋水仙素浓度的增加,单倍体玉米的散粉率和结实率有显著增加的趋势。供试材料的散粉率与结实率之间无明显的相关关系。The experiment with NDG5, GY5598, ND108, ZD958, GY115, 1145 ×Y331 as tested materials, discussed maize pollinating rate and seed setting rate of change in the haploid breeding of maize in the process, the natural double and chemical double conditions. The results showed that the tested material pollinating rate and seed setting rate were lower under natural conditions, on the sprout stage, for the test material to colchicine treatment, could significantly improve the tested materials pollinating rate and seed setting rate, and with the increasing of spraying of colchicine concentration, haploid maize pollinating rate and seed setting rate had a significant increase trend. There was no significant correlation between the tested materials pollinating rate and seed setting rate.
